Created by Lord Elliott, President, for everyone to learn and train from a scientific foundation of strength applicable to all goals, from conditioning to body fat loss, to improve an athlete's performance. We provide 24-hour access to members; memberships are month-to-month; there are no long-term contracts; there are no yearly fees; there are no cancellation fees; free Wi-Fi; and showers are available. We are equipped with specialized products rarely seen in gyms, mostly viewed on YouTube and social media. Host powerlifting and strict curl championship events to include the Bakersfield Fit Fest.
